CHAIRMAN

As the founder and art director of Rich Jade, Mr. Hu is also a stakeholder of Soofeen Art Collection Co. Ltd. and founder of the Ying Wei Art and Jade Culture Museum in China. His luminous classics “A Hundred Years of Harmony” and “Sweet Dew” were donated to the Palace Museum in Beijing, and have even been exhibited in well-known galleries across the globe. Currently, Mr. Hu’s business development endeavour has expanded to include property development and construction in both local and international arenas.

Mr. Hu’s JVV Group has been deeply involved in Malaysia for 30 years – including JVV Development Ltd., JVV International Sdn. Bhd., JVV International Property Management Ltd., JVV Development Ltd., the JoJoBa SPA franchise, Apollo Travel Service Co. Ltd., Jiu Jun Investment Management Consulting Co. Ltd., 99 Co. Ltd., and other sales teams across Taiwan, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Harbin, Nanjing, Xiamen, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Hong Kong, Japan and Thailand.

DEPUTY CHAIRMAN

Founder of Shou Shan,Wei Shan and Jiachen Construction Companies. Leader of dozens of major investment projects in Taiwan, including Shenghua Technology’s Young Lions, a Costco in Zhongli, the 15-acre Yangmei Yonglian Logistics Factory, Zhu Shui Xuan in Pingzhen, the 49-acre Taoyuan Litai Textile and dozens of large-scale residential community development projects. His projects in Southeast Asia include 128 acres of land in Melaka, a residential community development near Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok, Thailand, a serviced apartment in Chiang Mai, and an industrial rental space in Binh Duong, Thailand. An industry veteran with over 40 years of experience in industrial, residential and commercial developments.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

A seasoned veteran with a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Hull, UK, majoring in marketing. Upon returning to Malaysia, he joined Keris Properties Berhad—a leading real estate development company in Perak—as Marketing Executive. After accumulating diverse real estate experience and qualifications, Mr. Stanley established his own real estate company and has participated in developing two apartment projects in Ipoh and supplying construction materials in Kuala Lumpur. By eagerly diversifying his skills, Mr. Stanley has steadily accumulated outstanding achievements in the field of real estate.

  • Co-founded Southpark Development Sdn. Bhd. with Mr. Yee in 2011.
  • Their first foray is a green project in Ipoh - Hijauan @ Bukit Kinding, 89 units of terrace houses.
  • Co-founded The Empire Multiple Sdn. Bhd. with Mr. Yee.
  • A freehold development in Ipoh - Oasis Condominium, that consists of 260 units.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

A true believer in hard work as the key ingredient to succeed, Mr. Yee has been a determined entrepreneur since young. After accumulating priceless experience, he started his own material supply and flooring business in Kuala Lumpur. With this foundation, he expanded into Singapore and the real estate industry, participating in multiple development projects at home and abroad. For Mr. Yee, sheer determination is the only path through any challenge on the way to success.

  • Established Floor Inc (S) Pte. Ltd., a wood flooring company, with his Singaporean business partner
  • Established How Jia Parquet in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
  • Co-founded Southpark Development Sdn. Bhd. with Mr. Stanley in 2011
  • Acquired 7.5 acres of land in Ipoh to develop their first construction project—Hijauan @ Bukit Kinding
  • Co-founded The Empire Multiple Sdn. Bhd. with Mr. Stanley

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

As one of the founders of real estate developer GDB, the head of Guan Ding Development & Construction Co. Ltd. and Executive Director of Guan Ding Construction Co. Ltd., Mr. Hung has been an expert in residential construction for 40 years with numerous large-scale residential projects under his belt.

Mr. Hung has also participated in major property investment projects in Taiwan such as Shenghua Technology’s Young Lions, a Costco in Zhongli, the 15-acre Yangmei Yonglian Logistics Factory, Zhu Shui Xuan in Pingzhen, the 49-acre Taoyuan Litai Textile and more.

In Southeast Asia, Mr. Hung is involved in developing a 123-acre space in Melaka, as well as property development projects in Bangkok, Chiang Mai and more.
